    •    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

    •    Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

    •    International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Rates

    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and total weight of your order.

 

Order Tracking

    •    Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

 

International Shipping

Return & Exchange Policy

At XO Apparel, we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to assist.

 

Return Guidelines

    •    Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    •    Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized products, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

 

How to Return

    2.    If returning a damaged item, include clear, clean pictures of the damage for review.

    3.    Package your item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
